One on one training means exactly what it says. It will be you and Dan working together to achieve your goals. Each one hour session will be specifically designed to maximise your results, whether you want to achieve muscle gain, fat loss or toning.
Bronze
With the bronze package, you have a great session once a week with Dan. This is perfect for someone who is committed and motivated to follow their specifically designed programme by themselves and is great for maintaining correct technique.
Silver
Get to test yourself twice a week with Dan. You can mix up your workouts and have Dan's expert eye keeping your progress on track on a more regular basis.
Gold
Three sessions a week for someone who is serious about achieving their goals. This is ideal for someone new to exercise, returning to exercise or who has a special occasion where they want to look their best such as a wedding or a holiday.

This enables each individual to have the benefits and the expertise of a personal trainer whilst also keeping costs to a minimum.

This is perfect for anyone from a group of friends who are looking for a dedicated workout once a week to a couple who want a fitness professional to look after their long term fitness.
Silver
The silver package is suitable for groups and couples who want to push themselves a little harder and keep their technique perfect.
Gold
This is ideal for a group with a set goal in mind like a big event such as a wedding, holiday or a sport specific goal. Training three times a week will help you look and feel your best.

Commit to six exercise sessions a week, three with Dan and three individual, added to the thirty day diet plan will give you fast and great looking results. Optional extra sessions are available. This package is tough.. but you will feel better for it!
