Hi, I'm Dan.

I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals. I am a fully qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor. I have worked in the fitness industry for 7 years, and as a personal trainer for 4 years.

I have seen great results for clients who are looking for substantial weight loss, body fat reduction and general muscle tone. As well as physical changes, sessions with me are excellent for stress relief, sleep disturbance and energy levels.

My Background

I have participated in many different sports from team events including football, rugby and hockey to individual sports of skiing and long distance running. My involvement and background in Sport and Exercise Science enables me to offer Sport Specific Training. Whether you want to hit the slopes in the best condition possible, add 20 yards to your golf swing or increase your core strength for team sports - I guarantee results.

My training style is one of support, encouragement and understanding. Each client's aim is personal to them, and my service ensures that I fully appreciate how to adapt my style to help them achieve their goals. It is really important for me to offer a fun experience, in an environment that will nurture not torture.
